Welcome to Northumbria! So you’ve come from far and wide to study here and at NSU we’ll try our best to make sure you have a great time while you’re living here and support you in any way we can throughout your studies.

There is a thriving international community here with people from over 130 countries choosing to study at Northumbria – around 23% of the student population are international students. We know that coming to the UK is a great way to improve your English while getting your degree, but we also know that you’re keen to get to know our culture as well as share your own – and you can do just that here at NSU, whether that’s joining a society or volunteering in the local community there are many ways in which you can do that.
