October’s Rep of the Month is Camden Wilkinson, Department Rep for Computing and Information Sciences. As well as helping to deliver training to over 100 Programme Reps, Camden has created a lively community with Programme Reps in his department and is working hard to negotiate for students in the development of the new Computing and Information Sciences building. Camden has been part of a University group planning the development of the new building and he has been seeking out the views of Programme Reps to make sure the University understands student needs. He has also started a conversation with postgraduate research reps to make sure the students they represent are satisfied with the planning process. All in all, Camden has been a diligent and very hard-working rep who is bringing together the rep team in his department to make a difference for students and improve students’ learning experience.
Congratulations to Camden.
