Bollocks to Cancer
November is Movember Month and it’s a month to raise awareness of men’s health issues, such as prostate cancer and testicular cancer. Here at NSU, we are saying Bollocks to Cancer! Did you know that in the United Kingdom, testicular cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in young men?
We are encouraging you to get to know what’s normal, and to get things checked when somethings not quite right! Here’s how you check
- Step 1: Get in a warm and steamy place. A warm shower will make it easier to check your bollocks!
- Step 2: Roll one nut between your thumb and fingers to check for lumps, swelling, or pain
- Step 3: Repeat with the other bollock
Make sure you check every month or so. Source: Movember
