Life at University can throw all sorts of surprises your way and not all of them are welcome. Here at NSU we offer a free, confidential, advice service that is independent from the University. We'll be more than happy to hear from you if you're facing any difficulties while you're studying at Northumbria.
We provide support for:
- Academic misconduct allegations
- Appeals against exam board decisions and Personal extenuating circumstances
- Complaints against faculties or University services
- Disciplinary panels and professional suitability issues
- Other situations where you might be in conflict with the University
If you're dealing with something which isn’t listed, we will do our best to help - or can even signpost you to another organisation with the expertise to help you.
For help with immigration, personal welfare, disability support, faith advice and chaplaincy, you can contact the University’s Student Support and Wellbeing service.
Fill in the below. Ensure this form is completed as fully as possible as this will help us to provide the most appropriate advice to you as quickly as possible.
