Despite all the craziness we're making this years YogaSoc bigger and better in every way - new Yoga classes, meditation sessions, class rewards scheme - and of course amazing socials, fundraisers, competitions, and more.
Yoga is a million different things, but Yoga is for every body. Whether you like a gentle stretch or a physcial challenge, the calming effects of mindfulness or the natural high of meditation Yoga has something for everyone - and we love welcoming newcomers into our family!
Northumbria Yoga Society plans to run 4 regular sessions a week for all abilities.
Mondays | STAGE 2, City Campus | Zoë | 5:00 – 6:00pm
Tuesdays | STAGE 2, City Campus | Zoë | 5:00 - 6:00pm
Wednesdays | STAGE 2/DOMAIN, City Campus | Conrad | 2.00 - 3.30pm
Thursdays | DOMAIN, City Campus | 10 - 11am
Due to the current events we might need to maintain social distancing and as such we will be running a booking system through our Facebook page.
- Zoë trained in India as a Yoga Instructor and she teaches in a variety of styles.
- Conrad teaches Forrest Yoga, where anyone can find something challenging regardless of their levels and abilities.
Membership is £3 which you can buy at the side of this page.
- 60 minutes class: £3 (£2 as a member)
- 90 minutes class: £4 (£3 as a member)
You pay to a committee member at each session via contactless payment (no cash can be taken).
