We’ll have you run RAG-ged with a wide range of events and activities planned over the course of the year ranging from street collections, raids to other cities, socials, sports challenges and much more. Over the years, RAG has raised hundreds of thousands of pounds for charities both locally and nationally.NSU/RAG (Raise and Give) gives you the opportunity to do your bit for the community whilst having the time of your life and meeting lifelong friends.

Following on from a successful trip to Nepal in August 2017 as part of The Big Build, Northumbria will again be teaming up with Childreach International and sending a team to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. If you fancy taking on the challenge and planning for a genuinely life-changing summer, click here to find out more or email jessica.bayley@childreach.org.uk for further details.

To find out more about any of our events or opportunities, like our Facebook page (search NSU/ RAG) or sign-up to our mailing list here.

World Cancer Day Collection - Saturday 3rd February - Metrocentre

Join us at the Metrocentre on Saturday 3rd February for a charity collection on behalf of Cancer Research UK (approx. 10am-4pm). Cancer is something which effects the vast majority of us, directly or indirectly, and by selling Unity Bands you'll be helping to raise some vital funds to continue research into cures and treatments. Last year we raised over £1800 at this collection and we'd love to beat that this year!

Travel costs from Newcastle to the Metrocentre will be reimbursed and lunch will be provided.

If you'd like take part sign-up here or email us if you would like any further information.
