Wellbeing Week is here to help you take some time for yourself! This year’s theme is all about de-stressing in aid of international stress awareness week and this is particularly important with everything going on at the moment. We know this is also a difficult time to be away from home, so we’ll also be looking at ways to help with homesickness throughout the week.
